5. What we sell and how
5.1 We sell Items directly to consumers and act as the seller and merchant of record for every Order. The Website is not a marketplace, and there is no peer-to-peer trading between buyers.
5.2 Items are obtained from a single authorised supplier through an automated API connection and are delivered to you by Trade Offer.
5.3 We do not create or develop any Items and do not claim ownership of the intellectual property in them. Game content, item names, logos and related trade marks belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve.
5.4 All transfers are made exclusively through Steam's official Trade Offer system. We do not assist anyone in avoiding or getting around restrictions applied by Steam, and we expect every buyer to follow the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Valve's trading rules.
6. Your Steam account
6.1 You are responsible for making sure that the Steam Account you give us is active and able to receive Trade Offers from the moment you place your Order until delivery is complete, and that the trade link and account details you provide are correct.
6.2 Trade holds, privacy settings, cooldowns and other limits placed on your Steam Account may delay or prevent delivery. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by such limits.
7. Prices, currencies and payment
7.1 The price shown when you submit your Order is the price you pay. It will not change as a result of later market movements.
7.2 We may change the prices displayed on the Website at any time without notice, and we may correct any errors.
7.3 If an Order you have already placed was affected by a pricing error, we will offer you the choice of continuing at the correct price or receiving a full refund.
7.4 We accept the following currencies at checkout: EUR, USD, AUD, PLN, CAD. The currencies available to you depend on your location and the Website's settings.
8. Payment
8.1 You can pay by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, as offered at checkout.
8.2 Payments are handled by our authorised payment provider, which is certified under the PCI DSS standard. We never receive, see or store your full card details.
8.3 Card payments may require 3D Secure authentication where the card scheme or payment method demands it. If authentication fails, your payment may be declined.
8.4 We only begin processing an Order once full payment has been confirmed. If a payment fails or is declined, the Order is cancelled straight away.
8.5 Where a transaction is assessed as higher risk, we may place it on hold while we carry out further checks. We will let you know if this happens.
9. Delivery
9.1 Once your payment has been confirmed and your Order has passed our checks, we will obtain the Item from our supplier and send a Trade Offer from our Steam account to your Steam Account.
9.2 We aim to deliver every Order as soon as reasonably possible. Delivery times may vary, and factors on Steam's side, such as trade holds, cooldowns, privacy settings, regional restrictions or unavailable inventories, may delay or prevent a transfer.
9.3 We will email you when your Item is ready to be accepted on Steam.
9.4 Delivery is free of charge.
9.5 Delivery is complete when you accept the Trade Offer. Your acceptance is recorded automatically with a timestamp and a trade reference number.
9.6 If delivery cannot be completed because the details you supplied are incorrect, or because Steam or another third-party platform prevents the transfer, we will work with you to find a suitable next step. However, we cannot guarantee an outcome that depends on matters outside our control.
10. If your order is not delivered
10.1 If we fail to complete delivery within a reasonable time for reasons within our control, and the delay is not your fault, you may raise a dispute with us at [email protected]. Once we have investigated and confirmed the position, you will be entitled to a full refund.
10.2 Our liability for an undelivered Order is limited to the amount you paid for that Order.
11. Cancelling an order
11.1 Cancellation by you. You may cancel an Order only before the Trade Offer has been sent. To do so, email [email protected] as soon as possible. Once the Trade Offer has been sent, the Order can no longer be cancelled.
11.2 Digital content. Because Items are digital content supplied without delay, at checkout you will be asked to agree that supply may begin immediately and to acknowledge that you will lose any statutory right to cancel once delivery has begun.
11.3 Cancellation by us. We may cancel an Order before delivery if the Item is unavailable, if we identify a compliance concern, or if you do not meet the requirements in clause 4. In each of these cases, you will receive a full refund.
11.4 Failed or reversed payments. If your payment fails or is reversed, the Order is cancelled immediately. Where we suspect chargeback abuse or deliberate non-payment, we may suspend your account.
12. Refunds
12.1 Refunds are made to the payment method you used, in the currency you paid in. The time it takes for a refund to reach you depends on your card issuer or payment provider.
12.2 Once delivery has been confirmed by your acceptance of the Trade Offer, no refund is available unless the Item is materially different from its description on the Website.
12.3 Nothing in this section affects any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded.
13. Payment disputes and chargebacks
13.1 If you have a problem with an Order, please contact us at [email protected] first so that we can try to put it right.
13.2 For each transaction, we keep records that may include our administration system logs, the transaction invoice and the email informing you that your Item was available on Steam.
13.3 If you start a chargeback after delivery has been confirmed, we will challenge it using the records we hold. Chargebacks raised in bad faith may lead to the permanent closure of your account and the matter being reported to the relevant authorities.
14. Acceptable use
14.1 When using the Website, you must not:
- (a) pay, or attempt to pay, using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment details;
- (b) use a VPN, proxy or any other tool to hide your location or to avoid our geographic or compliance controls;
- (c) give false or misleading information when ordering or during any verification process;
- (d) try to exploit pricing errors, technical weaknesses or our order systems;
- (e) raise a chargeback in bad faith after an Item has been delivered; or
- (f) do anything that breaks the law, any sanctions regime, the Steam Subscriber Agreement or any other rules set by Valve.
15. Limits on our liability
15.1 Our total liability for any single claim will not exceed the value of the Order to which that claim relates.
15.2 We are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, including loss of revenue or loss of data.
15.3 We are not liable for delays or failures caused by Steam outages, changes to Valve's policies, or interruptions affecting payment processors.
15.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
16. Governing law and disputes
16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
16.2 If a dispute arises, please contact us at [email protected] before starting any formal proceedings, so that we have the opportunity to resolve it.
16.3 Subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where you live, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
17. General
17.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
